I have always had a great service from Old republic. The customer service agents are very polite, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The contractors have all shown good knowledge of their work, respond on time and performed very well on all my occasions of need. I have been using Old Republic for over 6 years now and do not plan on changing anytime soon.

I needed a replacement part on my washing machine and it was taken care of within a week. I was very happy with the timeframe and have no complaints. The company that did the repair communicated well and the person that did the repair arrived right on time. I will most likely renew my coverage when it comes time.

Prompt responses, and the technician sent out was on time and easy to communicate with. I had an issue with an AC unit and they replaced and installed it within a couple weeks (fortunately it wasn't too hot while I waited).All in all, I must say it's been a positive experience dealing with Old Republic.
