Most awesome policy ever for new home owners! This policy was bought for me by my real estate agent when I purchased my home in *******. I thought this would be one of those "useless" polices that wouldn't cover anything, kind of like those after-market warranties on your car....however I was surprised! They have repaired my indoor AC unit, some electrical wiring issues I had in one of the bathrooms, as well as some plumbing issues, and replaced my dishwasher as well....NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Within 24 hours of calling old republic I had a call from the contractor, we scheduled an appointment and he came and very promptly fixed my issue he called me back three days later to make sure that everything was still working correctly and I found that to be very nice but unusual. So they did a very good job of handling my problem promptly.

My AC went out and besides the Old Republic contact being very friendly, the service provider called me within hours. Unfortunately they could not provide service for a week. When contacted Old Republic, they found another provider for me and my AC was fixed the next day. So appreciative to feel confident that Im going to be taken care of.
