We are going on year two with ORHP home warranty. Thankfully we have had only minor issues come up but so far each time we have called to place a service request our requests were handled professionally and timely. The price of service call fees has gone up some but for the most part very affordable. The coverage we have provides us peace of mind knowing should an issue arise we can depend on ORHP to connect us with service providers who can help.

Old Republic home warranty was included in our home sale last summer. We have been happy with the service and plan on renewing. We have gotten prompt service and the service technicians have been great. There was one instance where a plumber claimed the damage was pre-existing, I called Old Republic and explained we had a home inspection and the faucet and under sink was listed as satisfactory. Excellent service from ****** services, Had problems with the **** units, a claim was submitted and the same day was contacted by ****** services. ****** services came out on time serviced the equipment and i am a very happy customer i have been with Old ********************** for 7 years and they always sent the most qualified, polite, and knowledgeable, skilled business personnel! My pool filter needed to be replaced. The authorization took a few days to be approved after the contracted person submitted it but then the job was done timely. The person taking my initial call was nice and understanding. The technician took care of the problem and all worked out.
