It took a while before someone made it out but it's understandable due to the extreme heat. Once he got here he did not have the right freon for my unit so I had to wait until he could get it and then when it was convenient for him to head back to me. As he had several other calls to answer as well. But he kept in contact with me and took care of the issue

Very quick response to my online service request. The company they referred us to scheduled an appointment very quickly too. We've had good service from this company for years.

They took my request and sent it immediately to a provider. And, they gave me the name and phone number of the provider without asking for it - so I could contact the provider if I didn't hear from them that day. All went very smoothly

We have had Old Republic Home Protection [ORHP] for our primary residence for over 5 years and counting! We also have a few rental properties under their warranty, I wish I could have all our properties under ORHP! We have also had Choice Warranty, ********************* ******* Plus to name a few; and as a homeowner/property owner ORHP is the best warranty by a long shot! We had our air conditioning unit fade on a 100+ degree day. As we are relatively new to our area, we started to search for companies that supported our air conditioning unit. My wife said we have "home coverage" for this sort of thing. I called Old Republic and left a message. A few minutes later I received an email with a number to call. They are always responsive, and always quick to find a vendor/contractor to do the job. One time they could not find someone within the needed time frame (asap; as my garage door spring had snapped and I couldn't get out of my garage), so they allowed me to find a vendor who could come more quickly, and they reimbursed me up to the allotted costs.I've been approached by multiple competing vendors, but the customer service is exactly what I'm paying for - otherwise I'd be doing all this handywork myself.
