My AC went out and besides the Old Republic contact being very friendly, the service provider called me within hours. Unfortunately they could not provide service for a week. When contacted Old Republic, they found another provider for me and my AC was fixed the next day. So appreciative to feel confident that Im going to be taken care of.

They have been great to us. Great protection and peace of mind. They take care of their customers and make sure things are done right. Might take longer than if you set it up yourself, but it is worth the wait for the savings and knowing you are covered.

They are always prompt in correcting my problem and if there is a problem with the service provider, they make it right and reassign another one to my satisfaction
