Very good company to have as a home protection warranty and they always respond fast and take care of the issue, however they should have an agreement with the contractors that they deal with NOT to park in the driveway of the customer especially if their car or truck leaks oil , I have a paver driveway and last contractor I had in my house parked in the driveway his truck leaked oil all over my driveway and sidewalk until now I am trying to remove it with no luck ......

I've had Old Republic for over 20 years and have never had a problem. They respond quickly giving the name of the vendor and contact information. This past time my garbage disposal crashed and they sent J&L Plumbing out. Company was out within a few days and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend ORHP.

It's a fast response time to set up with a vendor. The vendor response was also quick to come out and their work was very good. The warranty was paid for a year when I bought the house, so it was so worth it because the A/C fan quit - which would have been expensive to repair. It was a relief to call someone who could knew who to call. There is a small minimum charge, but not an issue for what you save.
