Was happy with repair of pipe, not happy about not being able to use the ** tune up service first week in **** was not notified and didnt know you can only use in March and ***** would be nice if you could send out reminder!??

When I called for service on my air conditioner the agent was caring and professional. I have breathing issues and was already struggling. The agent asked if I needed immediate service which was the first time This was ever considered but I was extremely thankful. After I contacted the repair company they were at my home in less than one hour. Needless to say I was very impressed and thankful for everyones professionalism and thoughtfulness.

Great response by ORHP. Vendor didnt tell tech to bring the long auger as I advised them that they had addressed this blockage before. Needed tech roreturn to shop to get the correct auger.

My a/c -heater wasn't working. The tech was very knowledgable and explained what he was going to go. Took no time. The repair, a leak in one of the hoses made and refilled with new fluid. The unit is up and running great. Thanks
