Placed the service order online. Repair service company called the next morning and came within 30 minutes of the call. Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Cost for the service was reasonable. Cost for the warranty agreement was nearly double from year to year.

I agree with the person that said the vendors are not great ( not all mind you) but I cant blame Old Republic for vendors not responding, when the first vendor Old Repulic assigned didnt contact me nor responded my phone calls I reached out to Old Republic to complain about the vendor and Old Republic set me up with another one who responded immediately and got the work done on the time they said they would.I just wish they stop raising their rates each year but over all I am very happy with their service. Most of the time the service has been timely and effective. I've had one experience when they had to replace an appliance and it took more than 30 days to do so. I would however recommend the service for anyone looking for a home warrantee. The technician on this past service was knowledgeable, professional and timely.
