We requested a check up on our water heater, first visit was scheduled for the next day, they determined that a replacement of the unit was needed. It took 1 more day for approval and installation. Excellent and prompt service

We have had three issues in our home since we moved here in October of 2023. The washing machine flooded the basement during our first use, our furnace quit working, and a faucet in the main bathroom would not deliver cold water. Each time Old Republic was quick to send a vendor. Although the issues with the faucet and the furnace did not get resolved during the first service call, follow up was pretty good. Agent on phone was friendly but didn't feel like she was going extra mile to get info I was asking about. We had a dryer break and I thought we needed new one, but a person came out and repaired it. So only cost $85 to have dryer repaired :)

Have had a policy for many years with ORP and never had a problem with their services. Technicians have always been professional and competent. All calls have been answered in a timely manner. Have been with this home warranty company for 13 years. Would recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to deal with any broken appliances, plumbing or even garage door issues.
