Old Republic are the best. We've had a few things got wrong with our water heater, oven and air conditioner. Every time that we called Old Republic they had someone here within a day and once the same day and replaced our Water heater.

they handle the issues as if it was their own. well done and very polite and responsive. i would recommend to my friends for the best home warranty. i've been with them since 2014 of march, and would recommend their company to all deserving home owners. thank you and keep up the good work.

Service technician was very friendly and professional. He was very honest in giving me a thorough explanation of the problems. I had a water leak at a connection on the output side of a water heater. The technician showed me that the heater was plugged with rust and sediment. The connecting pipes were corroded and almost totally plugged. He replaced short sections included the bad connection. Placed the service order online. Repair service company called the next morning and came within 30 minutes of the call. Fixed the problem in a timely manner. Cost for the service was reasonable. Cost for the warranty agreement was nearly double from year to year.

I agree with the person that said the vendors are not great ( not all mind you) but I cant blame Old Republic for vendors not responding, when the first vendor Old Repulic assigned didnt contact me nor responded my phone calls I reached out to Old Republic to complain about the vendor and Old Republic set me up with another one who responded immediately and got the work done on the time they said they would.I just wish they stop raising their rates each year but over all I am very happy with their service.
