Agent on phone was friendly but didn't feel like she was going extra mile to get info I was asking about. We had a dryer break and I thought we needed new one, but a person came out and repaired it. So only cost $85 to have dryer repaired :)

Have had a policy for many years with ORP and never had a problem with their services. Technicians have always been professional and competent. All calls have been answered in a timely manner. Have been with this home warranty company for 13 years. Would recommend them to anyone who doesnt want to deal with any broken appliances, plumbing or even garage door issues.
