I have had ORHP since 2011 and thus far it has worked for ** just fine. They are quick to set up the service call and provide me the information so I may reach out to the contractor directly as well. We have used them for dishwasher, A/C, plumbing, electrical etc. Pretty happy.

I think that this company is the best home warrenty company out there . The are pretty user friendly, paid out competitive rates for things they can't fix and give customers alot of flexibility on the in network providers and they don't do horrible downgrading on appliances which we all know is just a baut and switch and they really do paid on fixing or replacing items even HVAC systems! Service was prompt and of high quality. the problem was found and diagnosed quickly and a simple solution was provided. Service man explained the problem, showed what he was doing to fix it and was friendly. I was very pleased with the service.
