It took a while before someone made it out but it's understandable due to the extreme heat. Once he got here he did not have the right freon for my unit so I had to wait until he could get it and then when it was convenient for him to head back to me. As he had several other calls to answer as well. But he kept in contact with me and took care of the issue

They took my request and sent it immediately to a provider. And, they gave me the name and phone number of the provider without asking for it - so I could contact the provider if I didn't hear from them that day. All went very smoothly

We have had Old Republic Home Protection [ORHP] for our primary residence for over 5 years and counting! We also have a few rental properties under their warranty, I wish I could have all our properties under ORHP! We had our air conditioning unit fade on a 100+ degree day. As we are relatively new to our area, we started to search for companies that supported our air conditioning unit.
