Our AC maintenance people highlighted an issue with one of our units. They identified it as the motor drawing too much current. We contacted Old Republic -- they had a tech come out the same day -- instead of the motor, it was a capacitor -- which he replaced during the visit. Fast, professional service and an excellent result.

Purchased a Platinum plan for my mother for Xmas..we have oddly had 3 claims in the last couple of months..all perfectly covered by Old Republic. They were good to work w/communicative and sent very competent contractors to the house. I have since purchased a plan for myself.

Old republic was quick at sending a tech out to inspect my ac, but the subcontractor they sent, ***** AC was terrible. They said they fixed the problem but they did not even though I told them the air was still not cool.
