Old Republic home warranty was included in our home sale last summer. We have been happy with the service and plan on renewing. We have gotten prompt service and the service technicians have been great. There was one instance where a plumber claimed the damage was pre-existing, I called Old Republic and explained we had a home inspection and the faucet and under sink was listed as satisfactory. My pool filter needed to be replaced. The authorization took a few days to be approved after the contracted person submitted it but then the job was done timely. The person taking my initial call was nice and understanding. The technician took care of the problem and all worked out.
