They are always responsive, and always quick to find a vendor/contractor to do the job. One time they could not find someone within the needed time frame (asap; as my garage door spring had snapped and I couldn't get out of my garage), so they allowed me to find a vendor who could come more quickly, and they reimbursed me up to the allotted costs.I've been approached by multiple competing vendors, but the customer service is exactly what I'm paying for - otherwise I'd be doing all this handywork myself. We have had to use Old Republic a couple of times since we purchased our modular home in 2021. Our experience has always been positive and without any issues. The service contractors that they sent were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time needed to assess the entire situation. Service was then provided that was exceptional.
