After the system confirmed the wrong policy, and going through multiple people to get that corrected canceled, and re-issued to the right coverage, everything went well. Have not use the coverage yet so any response beyond enrolling hasn’t been experienced.

Totally unprofessional

Hi Gilbert, unfortunately we are unable to offer coverage on some vehicles with salvaged or rebuilt titles. Normally we catch this in the car fax, it appears this information was delayed and recently updated during you claim. We have provided a full refund for you.

They tried to insinuate that I was fraud. I bought lemon without knowledge of any damage to car. Started a policy and filed claim which states no waiting period. Then was denied claim because waiting time was too short!? I would check other options.

you sold me a policy with professionalism. the proof of how good you are will be if I ever need to use it, which is unlikely, given how few miles are on the car. but you were prompt and professional, so that's good.

If I could giveOlive no Stars, I would. I took out the Standard Plus protection. 5 months later My F150 truck needed to have the front suspension done. So I went to the mechanic who then had to call Olive Estimate department. When he called I was there with him on speaker, The adjuster was almost immediately combative. After getting the part numbers and prices, he made us wait 20 minutes and then came back on the line to say he was unable to verify the prices my mechanic had listed and offered many dollars less for each pa... read more
