We had to buy 2 cars in the span of 2 months due to unforeseen life events. The first one we found at Olympia Nissan and drove 100 miles there because it was a good deal. The whole buying process was seamless and we were blown away by their customer service. When a month later we had to unexpectedly buy a 2nd car, we weren’t necessarily expecting to go back to Olympia Nissan as we were shopping for the best deal. Nissan has very good service and trust I will always have them service my car.
Was given the wrong keys and couldn't find my car as it wasn't done. Other than than that the waiting area was very clean. People that I worked with was friendly and informative.
