We have ordered several times without a problem. An order that we sent to someone got held up in shipping causing some food to go bad. Omaha took care of this immediately with a new order. I highly recommend.

Allen P. My online order was not exactly what I received but the customer service rep was very helpful and my situation was handled quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily. The ribeye filets are delicious, very tender, juicy and tasty. I will be ordering more.

I received a gift box for Christmas. When it arrived, the styrofoam cooler was damaged. The dry ice package keeping the meat frozen was intact, but I could not be sure that some of the packages had not thawed in transit. I called customer support. They were open on the weekend and returned my call. They told me to keep the gift box, and that a new replacement box would be shipped ASAP. I am a satisfied customer.

Yes a bit pricy. Beef/steaks are great and better be for the price! Rest I've tried was good. Custom service sucks!! Don't ask for the delayed Christmas delivery, they'll ship ahead anyway! Shouldn't offer it if they aren't going to honor it!!!

Have eaten Omha steaks for more years than I care to mention, there is no question their meats are great! I want to point out the desserts. I cannot say enough about the Chocolate Lava Cake I just tried. If you like flourless chocolate cake in high end restaurants---you will love this dessert. I have to admit that for years I have been skeptical about ordering steaks/meat online and having them shipped in. My fear was that I would be sacrificing for the tenderness of a local steak from my butcher or fine steak house. Just being honest. I sent my first box to my son this past week and they tried the filet mignon the next day (Friday 10/20). I purchased four Cordon Bleu chicken, four pork chops and also for steaks. The Cordon Bleu all you could taste was the seasoning, you could not taste anything else. The pork chops were extremely dry, and so were the stakes. I received hamburgers for free and they were extremely dry as well. I was not pleased with the outcome of the meats at all. Especially after spending almost $150 on it!
