We have enjoyed Omaha Steaks products and like to share them family, especially those living far away. I recently placed an online order for my daughter in Texas and somehow it got misdirected. I called customer service and was fortunate enough to get Patricia who was happy to listen to my concerns and explanation. She offered me the options available and we were able to correct the error. She didn't concentrate on who was at fault but on how to fix it. Thanks Patricia for your help and understanding.

I have ordered Omaha meats for over 20 years and have always been happy with the quality. Every shipment has arrived frozen solid and they have fast shipping. The quality is as good or better than I can get at local butcher shops. I can buy cheaper else where but the quality wont be as good as Omaha meats. I guess you really do get what you pay for and this company takes the quality of their meats seriously.

We have had only good experiences with their products. The steak burgers taste like meat used to taste like about 50 years ago. Those of us who are older are well aware of the degradation of the products currently offered in grocery and warehouse stores. It is good to have this service as they don’t require a subscription and the prices are comparable to visiting a butcher but with no wait or lead time. Family enjoys the great taste of all meats we have tried.

I was hesitant to order the Omaha steaks package because of all the negative reviews and I am so glad I did not listen to those reviews I received the steak burgers the pork the hot dogs the fillets and chicken breasts and I am fully convinced that the people who left negative reviews just don't know how to cook or season everything we received was absolutely amazing everything arrived Frozen and on time as far as people complaining about the portion size those are real people portions we absolutely have loved everything and... read more

Had the Pure Ground Beef Rib Burgers (6 oz) tonight for dinner. One of the best burgers I have ever had. Pan seared in 1 tbs of butter. Cooked simply and served with usual fixings. Will definitely order again. Service and delivery excellent. I recommend Omaha Steaks AND BURGERS.

Receiving orders that I did not order from the company. They do not let me know when the orders arrive on my porch. Will not knock on my door to let me know the order has been delivered. Call to ask customer service at ********************** to come pick up the delivery and they said they can not pick up deliveries.
I ordered a gift pack to be delivered August 3rd. I never got a tracking email. I called and also chatted online with representatives. I was told to call back after 9:00 p.m. if they had not been delivered. I called back after 9:00. I was told they could not find the tracking information and to call back in 24 hours. I will never do business with Omaha steaks again. The package was never delivered

Bought the 140 dollar variety package, steaks, bacon, chicken and pork were just so so, but the 24 burgers were awful! Texture was mushy and taste was just off. I tried reaching out to them to be compensated for only the burgers and received nothing but the run around. After several attempts I gave up. They do not guarantee your satisfaction and do nothing to make it right. Such a disappointment! I will be cooking up their so called 'quality' burgers and serving them to my dog, hopefully he will eat them.
