These are the worst. You can't cut them with a steak knife so eating is impossible!!!! Do not purchase from this company .I had a holiday party and we to go to a restaurant because we couldn't even cut them with a steak knife,so embarrassing. And, super important, they won't give you a refund!!!!!!

Can you say horrible customer service. We ordered a package of different meats for our pregnant daughter and her husband the meat came bad. It was delivered on Dec. 18th, 2025. I have tried reaching out to them through phone calls and emails and have got no response. I received a box of Omaha Steaks as a gift from a very good friend. She has given me this same box for a few years and I never had this experience. I received the box on Dec 31,2025. It was in a cardboard box and the ingredients were partially thawed out. There was no frozen packs in the box. It was hamburgers, chicken breasts ,scalloped potatoes, apple tarts , beef tenderloins, and beef franks. I put all in my freezer until I was ready to eat them. It is deeply upsetting to see a company take advantage of an elderly customer. My grandmother ordered five separate care packages from Omaha Steaks on December 8th, each costing over $100, intended for different recipients. Two of the packages were mistakenly delivered to the same address and arrived on December 28th in a completely spoiled and rotten condition. Omaha Steaks was shipped in a very thick foam ice chest and everything arrived in wonderful condition and completely frozen. May have been a money saving idea to change the foam shipping container to a cheap cardboard box, That is kind of lined with a foil covered piece of cardboard. This company has provided the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could leave negative stars I would leave -5. I have spend several hours trying to get the missing items I paid for to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed a holiday order for my employees on Dec 17th (approx $800) with guaranteed delivery. Two items were delivered on the 22nd, two items were delivered on the 27th and 29th after the holiday. One item still has not been delivered as of Jan 5, 2026. A disappointment to say the least. Customer service offered $60 credit for late delivery. Dec 17th 2025 I ordered a gift card for my daughter and her family as a location is near her. I specifically said a Christmas gift. The enclosed note said Merry Christmas. Ha ha I. All of us. I thought this was a store where they could go in and use the card for what they want. Was told because of high volume card would arrive 12-27-25. Ok,not great but still doable.
