Allen P. My online order was not exactly what I received but the customer service rep was very helpful and my situation was handled quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily. The ribeye filets are delicious, very tender, juicy and tasty. I will be ordering more.

I received a gift box for Christmas. When it arrived, the styrofoam cooler was damaged. The dry ice package keeping the meat frozen was intact, but I could not be sure that some of the packages had not thawed in transit. I called customer support. They were open on the weekend and returned my call. They told me to keep the gift box, and that a new replacement box would be shipped ASAP. I am a satisfied customer.

Yes a bit pricy. Beef/steaks are great and better be for the price! Rest I've tried was good. Custom service sucks!! Don't ask for the delayed Christmas delivery, they'll ship ahead anyway! Shouldn't offer it if they aren't going to honor it!!!

Have eaten Omha steaks for more years than I care to mention, there is no question their meats are great! I want to point out the desserts. I cannot say enough about the Chocolate Lava Cake I just tried. If you like flourless chocolate cake in high end restaurants---you will love this dessert. I have to admit that for years I have been skeptical about ordering steaks/meat online and having them shipped in. My fear was that I would be sacrificing for the tenderness of a local steak from my butcher or fine steak house. Just being honest. I sent my first box to my son this past week and they tried the filet mignon the next day (Friday 10/20). We have enjoyed Omaha Steaks products and like to share them family, especially those living far away. I recently placed an online order for my daughter in Texas and somehow it got misdirected. I called customer service and was fortunate enough to get Patricia who was happy to listen to my concerns and explanation. She offered me the options available and we were able to correct the error. Happy with my steak order However I received a $ 150 wine voucher with it and it can’t be used in the state I live in. Why send me something that is useless in my cooler ? I honestly think the company should make it right because there are vouchers that can be used in Alabama.
