They went above and beyond to make my husband’s surgery as quick recovery and easiest on him as possible! They even called to check on him the night of the surgery, and sent him flowers and a card wishing him a speedy recovery. That level of customer service and care is unheard of these days! Thank you so much to Dr. Ross Martin and the whole staff for making this process as painless as possible!
Update 5/12: I went in for my second procedure with Dr. Wendelken. This time he put the post in for my implant. I was nervous because of everything going on with Covid 19 but OMA made me feel very comfortable. They took all the appropriate precautions in the waiting room with social distancing, masks, etc. Everyone from the front desk staff, the nurses that assisted Dr. Wendelken and the Doctor himself were great.
