Cynthia Williams was very helpful making sure I found the right hot tub and had great communication throughout the purchase and went out of her way to schedule the delivery in a short time frame. There were a few Minor issues after the hot tub was installed But Cynthia got everything fixed right away and came out to get the hot tub running and let me videotape her explaining everything which was very helpful to have to reference back to. Buying experience was great. The sales lady (Jamie Harms) was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy on a deal. Even took time to return calls or texts on her personal days off. Had a small jet trim ring get kicked off and Terry Lynch came out today to repair and warranty, no questions asked. Excellent service from both sales staff, delivery, and repairs so far 👌🏽
Purchased my second Spa from this business. The salesperson was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Hottub is still on order so I can't comment on it yet.
