I am writing this review due to Orkin's customer service. We had no show's twice in three days (03/29/24 & again on 04/02/2024). No communication from the branch, nothing. This has been frustrating as someone had to reschedule their whole day to be home at that time. When it comes to the service, once a technician is here, they do amazingly. I am so disappointed and hope that they do better in the future.

I requested treatment for fleas. I tried to take care off it the first time by myself treating my dog with capstar and frontline, using flea spray on all furniture, washing all bedding, towels, clothes on hot and drying in hot which shrank some clothing. I replaced my living room rug and steam cleaned my couch. I felt I defeated them. I gave my dog her second dose of frontline exactly 30 days after the first. They deserve ZERO STARS. The person who was supposed to come never came. I had to call them to get the ETA only to find out the order was noted for rescheduling. What is the point of taking email and phone number if you cannot communicate that your employee is not coming. Unprofessional.

Stay far away from this company. Put a call in and they NEVER SHOWED UP. Waited all day till 4 pm - they never called. Just awful and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. I ended using MAGIC Exterminator on Kissina Blvd and they were Amazing!!! Showed up as scheduled - they were professional, friendly and got the job done like they said they would. Hit and run! Their driver slammed into two vehicles this morning in Forest Hills, Queens. He lied and said that he was going to leave all of his information with the two other drivers. We watched him pretend to pull his car over only to take off at high speed! We were all completely flabbergasted. I called the business multiple times. They are treating this situation like it's a joke "you know, things happen." Deplorable behavior. I will never use their business again. You have been warned.

Not reliable, never showed up for inspection, never called back after 4 tries, plus overcharging for inspection!!! The Orkin for the UpperWestside ,NYC is serviced from Orkin in New Hyde Park! Will NOT use them. They say that I will not be charged!!!! REALLY!!!

Do NOT book Orkin. They are severely overpriced compared to competitors. Additionally, I waited two hours for their service to arrive with no correspondence from the company. I was told they would call back in 20 minutes (an hour into when my service was supposed to arrive) and they never returned my call. Find someone else to save you the headache. Before booking I had seen multiple reviews saying they're late/no show.. believe them.

Called Orkin for termite inspection. Technician called me and set up an appointment. Nobody showed up at scheduled time. Call the technician and he said he is very busy and rescheduled an appointment. The second day still nobody showed up. Technician phone was not answering and it was impossible to leave a message as the message box was full. Called central office and they promised to call me back.
