I called to for their service (the one time and 30 days guarantee) for mice, they came did a half ass job. My problem was still there and when I called them to tell them that they would tell me someone will call me back within a few day I called them few times and they would say the same thing 30 days guarantee my ass I would never use them again or recommend to anyone else
If I could give this service zero stars, I would. Impossible to schedule or make arrangements for service. They charge even when they don't show up.
We have a hornet problem. I was very specific with the person who answered the phone and made the appointment. I explained the nest was in the 2nd floor in the gutter. She set an appointment for 3 days later and took the payment info over the phone. It was going to cost 341.00. The guy arrived, took one look at the location and said "we don't do that - call Richmond Pest Control. They do everything." No return calls phone numbers given could not be reached. Main office number disconnected. For these reasons low score. Service man came without tools. A cancellation policy . Without a office to call. To make appointments to finish the job.
I was made to pay for two appointments upfront. They came once but told me I had to call to schedule the second visit. I have called. And called. And called. And emailed. And they NEVER respond. Next step is disputing the fraudulent charge for services never delivered with my bank.
Terrible service. No one calls back. They dont come and never call to cancel the appointment.
My reason for the one star review is because they are I was billed over twice the amount of cost from the original quote over the phone. I was put on hold over the phone for over an hour just to speak to a customer service representative about this issue. My next call is my my credit card company to dispute this charge. I don't even know the outcome of my ant problem. This experience has felt like a robbery.
As long as u r paying them they come and do their work I cancelled their service midway and since then they keep detecting the money and every time its a battle for getting them to refund! If u r too busy with ur work and fail to chk ur bank stmt be assured they will sweep away as much as they can !
