It's hard to even give one star. I scheduled an appointment for an emergency issue. The only time slot was 4 to 6pm so i had to take half a day off of work. Nobody showed. The office closed at 5 so no local contacts. The call center could only tell me he should be on his way. Rescheduled for the next day. Again no show. No call no contact. Completely unreliable, no communication, complete waste of time.

Don't use this company. They have ZERO customer service and take no responsibility for dropping scheduled service calls.

Never showed up. No phone call. When I did call the main Orkin line, they noted the service center was closed and I'd have to call again in the morning. They wasted my time by not showing up and also keeping me on the phone for over 30 minutes making sure they got my credit card info.

Stunningly poor service and absolutely no regard for customers. I called yesterday for service due to an ant issue. I was told that we were already due for service that day, but that they would get someone over "as soon as possible". At 4:00 pm I called again, and was told that due to weather, they were delayed, but would be there "first thing in the morning". I signed up for yelp just to review Orkin. They tried to cancel my appointment at the last minute. I made an appointment with Orkin for 12-2 p.m. I called what was listed as their NYC line, the number listed on Orkin's page on yelp. At 1 p.m. the day of the appointment, a representative in Orkin's local office in NYC called me to say that my appointment was scheduled for 3-5 p.m. and that no one would be able to make it because they only had one technician working that day.
