We love Orkin. We have used them for ten years. The last time we didn’t set up a time. They called us telling us that they were in the area and ready to come. We were out of state. I told them to call and we would set up another time. Today our service man called and thought we had a time set up. So two times we never set an appointment and they wanted to come out. Our servicemen are always excellent, but your office needs to get on top of their appointments.
