absolutely not. I had them for 9 years. they did a review. Less than a month later my house caught fire. This was caused by old wiring and termites. I found the receipt in my driveway. Gave it to my claims adjuster. They sued Orkin and won. Orkin paid for the rebuild!
This company has done nothing but Dick me around about taking payment out of my checking account. Didn't they go ahead and hit you with 2 or 3 months after they tell you on the phone? You're square and you don't owe anything so. Good luck if you're trying to be a nice person with them. Because they'll s**** y** as well as look at you.
We have a mice problem. We paid $232, I’m showing the guy where they’re at while I’m screaming. He just stands there. Didn’t catch ONE mouse even though they’re running all over. He set some traps and sprayed our perimeter of the house and stated he’d be back in a week or two. I thought this would’ve been a more thorough inspection. But I guess not. Huge waste of money. That I’ll be talking to someone about getting a refund cause for the amount they charged??? Should’ve been SOMETHING
$900 worth of food went bad in my garage fridge because they unplugged the fridge and we didn’t notice until two days later. It may have been an accident but they’ve ignored us ever since. 0/10 recommend.
I am not pleased with service at all. Years ago I used and was pleased. This year I had ants return and signed up with Orkin again. I have had to call them back repeatedly, more than twice, because I see ants and now mice. Mice, they just put down sticky squares? I really am not pleased. I would not recommend. I’m now stuck in a contract and still have problems with ants, mice, and spiders. Let’s not talk about termites which is another expensive contract. When I had a bug problem I tried to get them to come and nothing now they come and want to spray with snow outside plus it’s melting seriously the chemicals will be diluted with the melting snow
This was at my tenants house so not sure how it is but my tenant would b screaming at me if it wasn’t good!!!
They came 3 hours early have not done the inside and charged my card. The man on the phone was nice but the man doing the job was not so nice. I’ll write another review when the job is complete!!!!! Very upset when you take off work to get the job done and they don’t come in the time aloted
