I called Orkin to take care of my pest issues I was having at my business that were driving me insane! I'm really happy with this service. We started seeing roaches inside the house on occasion. I keep a very clean house, and they were coming in due to the heat and probably any other reason. After the first visit it did not happen again. They did a follow up two weeks later and we have had no issues. The service tech, Juan, was excellent. Very knowledgeable and sweet and did a thorough job.

They didn't solve our specific pest problem, I'm not actually sure they did anything. One person said they were running a few hours behind schedule, another person said they came and serviced the house but no one saw them. Didn't receive an invoice so assumed they didn't come. Either way the original pest problem persisted. Two months later an invoice was emailed and within two weeks I'm getting multiple phone calls saying that the invoice is overdue. Will not be calling Orkin in the future.
