This place stinks. As a business owner myself who must provide a high level of customer service in order to survive its a wonder that this company is still in business. Advise- I wouldn't go through the aggravation of hiring this company. Besides when they tented our house it was a subcontractor who actually did the work while reps from Orkin were nowhere to be found. We had the service for about a year now. The agent has not been at our home since April but continue to charge a monthly charge. First time speaking to the manager he said the agent was at our home for about 45 minutes. When we looked at the ring camera the agent sat in the car for 45 minutes then drove off. We asked for a refund and that was refused. No one returns messages or even answers the phone.

We have been trying to cancel this service for 2 months, these people are committing fraud and do not want to cancel, I am currently on the phone with them on hold, horrible service worst ever!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Lousy company. they don't respond to phone calls and they don't honor their Pest Control Contracts. When I needed to purchase something from them, they'll respond within a day. But hold them accountable for their work and you get ignored.
