I wouldn't recommend them for San Fernando Valley. Poor services. Salesperson was hard to understand.

They didn't solve our specific pest problem, I'm not actually sure they did anything. One person said they were running a few hours behind schedule, another person said they came and serviced the house but no one saw them. Didn't receive an invoice so assumed they didn't come. Either way the original pest problem persisted. Two months later an invoice was emailed and within two weeks I'm getting multiple phone calls saying that the invoice is overdue. Will not be calling Orkin in the future.

RUDE RUDE RUDE Sean of North Hollywood branch disappeared during our call. Ghosted mid-convo. Ultimate rude behavior. I guess when I said I wanted one and done, not a repeat contract, there wasn't enough in it for Sean/ORKIN. I'd give zero stars if I could UPDATE: I see Alonso commented on my review and offered to chat. Like the saying goes, a dollar short and a day late. I've called Orkin twice for a free quote for a pest control and have been told that someone would get back to me to schedule an inspection, however, no one ever calls back. What is going on with these people?

It is 5 am and I have not slept my management co thout they were hiring a professional co far from it they don't know what's going on with there employees since last year Orkin was supposed to come out to our units to treat outside the idiot they had doing our place would just sit in there car the rare time we saw him they were also supposed to come into 2 units a month also did not happen I asked when was the last time someone was out here she said I will call u back she did not ever answer the question moving forward then... read more

I am a decades long - and now former - Orkin customer. I stayed with them only because I was lucky enough to have excellent technicians service my home. I had to fight to keep them since management would sometimes just change my service person with no notice to me. Or they would change my service date or time without checking if that would work for me. It usually came as a surprise, with no reach-out. I don't believe that service people are interchangeable.
