I am a decades long - and now former - Orkin customer. I stayed with them only because I was lucky enough to have excellent technicians service my home. I had to fight to keep them since management would sometimes just change my service person with no notice to me. INSANELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think twice before signing a contract with this company. No, think three times. Seriously. I will NEVER work with Orkin ever again. This review has nothing to do with the extermination service and everything to do with their billing and customer service. I reached out to Orkin when I moved into my condo in Tarzana to have service done. I signed a contract for a treatment every other month. I was told by one of their technicians, KRISTOPHER, that I could receive a "touch-up" treatment fre... read more

I give orkin credit for effort. They over communicate. However not when it's needed. When the rain is coming down full force, why would you still spray as it's flowing into the gutter? Then charge me $130?

SCAM. RUDE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Their whole sales pitch is that if I saw ants within the next couple of months that they'd come back out and re treat the area at no cost. Well, I saw ants yesterday and guess what, they said they'd be charging me to come out AND THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT I WOULD RECIEVE vs WHAT I PAID FOR during the initial plan purchase. Total SCAM. Basically, I purchased a quarterly plan. Not only did they say TWICE that they do 2 or 3 initial "baseline treatments" at no additional cost 4 weeks apart fr... read more

The service was not efficient at all. They use very poor quality of chemicals or not enough amount of chemicals to make the customer to keep having the service. Do NOT waste your money with this company.
