INSANELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think twice before signing a contract with this company. No, think three times. Seriously. I will NEVER work with Orkin ever again. This review has nothing to do with the extermination service and everything to do with their billing and customer service. I give orkin credit for effort. They over communicate. However not when it's needed. When the rain is coming down full force, why would you still spray as it's flowing into the gutter? Then charge me $130?

SCAM. RUDE. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. Their whole sales pitch is that if I saw ants within the next couple of months that they'd come back out and re treat the area at no cost. Well, I saw ants yesterday and guess what, they said they'd be charging me to come out AND THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT I WOULD RECIEVE vs WHAT I PAID FOR during the initial plan purchase. Total SCAM. Basically, I purchased a quarterly plan. Not only did they say TWICE that they do 2 or 3 initial "baseline treatments" at no additional cost 4 weeks apart fr... read more

The service was not efficient at all. They use very poor quality of chemicals or not enough amount of chemicals to make the customer to keep having the service. Do NOT waste your money with this company.

This place stinks. As a business owner myself who must provide a high level of customer service in order to survive its a wonder that this company is still in business. Advise- I wouldn't go through the aggravation of hiring this company. Besides when they tented our house it was a subcontractor who actually did the work while reps from Orkin were nowhere to be found. Bottom line is that customer service after the sale was nowhere to be found. Terminex would have been a better solution. They would get 0-stars if that was an... read more
