Customer service is terrible ; you make payments online and they harass you every other day about a little amount due . Sounds like they are hurting for business . They refuse to cancel my membership as i requested 3 times . The manager specifically said he would cancel it and never did ! Absolutely terrible . I do NOT recommend them for any services . Go elsewhere !!!

Very disappointed in this company. Have been waiting since November 14th for help. Nothing but one mixup after another. Do not understand how they can be one of the biggest companies for pest control. I would appreciate an explanation.

I've been an Orkin client for over 10 years. Over the years I've been very satisfied but lately their service has declined. It's difficult to get someone on the phone ( after numerous attempts). But today I had a service call scheduled but no one showed up. When I called the office ( after 4 attempts) the rep told me that the orkin rep who made my appointment never called the technician that was to come. Contacted the Orkin Branch #335 (Manager Ellis Crespo) in Edison for flying squirrels in our walls. Terrible experience from start to finish. Salesman exaggerated the problem to get a high priced contract. Harassed us with late night phone calls when we complained. He might actually have been drunk. Workers showed up unannounced. Quality of the work was shoddy at best, damaging our siding and new roof. Management was hard to reach and only professional at collecting money, not delivering service. $2600 for two hack patch job... read more

Misleading and liars. The initial rep lies to rope you. They give a specific price and then bills the opposite.When you call to address the lies, they acknowledge the lies but does nothing. Just horribly not trustworthy. I would give zero Stars if I could. Bring your hard earned money elsewhere.

The tech did not show up for the appointment. I called the next day and he came but did everything I did not request except for what I called him for: kill the nest of the yellow jackets that were threatening us in our backyard and had stunned me. I called again the next day (this morning) and I am still waiting for them to call me back to schedule a second visit (late afternoon). I will be forced to call them again. I had this service done by another company, I believe, and it was done professionally and well.

The worst service, they never pick up the phone, nobody calls you back when you leave a message. Jessica Alvarado is rude and inappropriate, unnecessarily keeping me on the phone, not responding to my questions. Fed up with this company.

I had an extremely bad experience with Orkin this morning. They locked in the cost without sending me a service contract, came in and did not do the promised work and left without getting my signature on the job and ended up cashing the money promptly. Attempts to reach them are going nowhere. I will never hire Orkin again. No stars.
