They didn't complete the job. The put traps in the attic and asked us to check the traps for them. They tried to bill us for a service they never even told us about. They just try to take your money. They worked in the attic and they are billing for deck maintenance. That just goes to show they didn't even come to the house to do their job. I don't recommend them at all.
Called twice for a quote. Never received a return call. Guess they don't need my business !!!!
Took one month to get a copy of my contract. Contract includes service when needed. They quickly charge for doing basic treatment outdoors when you are not home. Left 3 messages this week for inside treatment with no call back. Great way to treat loyal contracted clients. Will be starting a contract with a new company
Doesn't show up. Calls later, gives blatantly false excuse, claims they need to reschedule, and has no availability until much later in the week.
Called to schedule an appointment - scheduled for next day from 4-7. Never showed up. When I called up the call center apparently the business was already closed for the day and there was nothing they could do for me. Would not use.
Horrible service. Charges on your credit card without permission. After one year of service and dealing with their horrible customer service I still see bugs in my house. I got tired and decided to cancel my services.
Epic waste of my time. We have an influx of birds at a private residence and some perhaps in the chimney. I called on Saturday to schedule a technician. They took my info and said someone would call on Monday between 8-10am to tell us when they were coming. Nobody called. I tried calling back to the Freehold office and could not get through - the machine said "we can not connect you at this time" and hung up on me. Three different times.
