I started Orkin service and had the added mosquito protection, i called to cancel the mosquito service because it was not working. I was unable to get a live person, I left a message when I got a call back I answered and they promptly hung up without saying anything. I called the number back and the lady answers very rudely "I called to say your account is cancelled!" I said excuse me? "That's what you want right it's cancelled".

They took my money and never showed up again. Do not trust these people. They don't answer the phone, they'll completely ghost you. They just bs you and give you the run around. Incredibly frustrating. I had to call a corporate office to get my money back. It took days to get someone on the phone for that too.

Orkin freehold provided ground hog trap/relocate at my home. Charged a large fee but did not trap anything. The trap tripped at least once a day and never caught groundhog though there was sightings of it in my back yard and several holes it dug. Poor value for the money, need to emphasize this is not an outcome based company. Very disappointed in the service

Very expensive for what you get. After multiple requests asking Orkin to not auto-schedule appointments, they are unable to comply. I cancelled the service a few days ago and they are still scheduling service. They need to work on what they offer, how counters can communicate with them and provide email reports with updates, outline what was done and suggestions after each visit

RUDE. Unbelievable. The answering service after hours was kind and friendly and said right away oh yes you can get a rash from carpet beetles. I told her that I'm a teacher and they need to text me, email me or call my mother as I can't make calls during day. But Glen does just that. When I called back he wanted a picture of the bug- which of course I do not have. When we signed up for services with the freehold office, we were assured that a spanish speaking rep would be sent to my father in laws as Spanish is his primary language and we live in Florida. 3 or 4 service techs and multiple phone calls later, they finally send a tech with an interpreter who tells us that they didn't even set us up for the proper services. I have tried multiple times to speak with a region manager or corporate manager to have this resolved and my father in laws $2300 bill cancelled after they continue to... read more

This branch is horrible. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Constantly asked for Saturday service got it 2 times in a year. They keep playing games with appointments when you call you get the national customer service and they give you some bullseye excuses. They say they call and leave messages but they never do. They are a bunch of liars. They have one good technician. That's the only positive. I wouldn't use this location if they were the last exterminators on earth. They suck.

I have no idea how it is that I've made two appointments and no one has ever showed up. I've been harassing these people for two weeks to come to my house. At this point I'm looking for recommendations for another place. I would actually give this company negative stars it was even possible.

Orkin pest control of freehold NJ is absolutely horrible and they take advantage of people and make appointments for you when you are not home clam that they took care of the pest problem when you were working . The office personal stick together and they are trained to lie. What a shame .
