I went on a Thursday one hour before closing. I left the next Friday with my new Jetta GLI. Basically, with Orlando VW North’s help, I was able to purchase my preferred Jetta GLI, which was in Tampa, within 24 hours. Raul was extremely helpful in securing my Jetta - even going so far as to pick it up from Tampa early Friday morning - and negotiating a great deal with me. I had a very pleasant and professionally managed few hours at the dealership buying my new ID4. The weather was pretty bad that day with rain, rain and more rain but by concierge Chris managed everything perfectly, and with a great sense of humor. The car is first class, beautiful to look at and great to drive. Trustworthy/ Keeping you safe / Providing excellent explanations of service / Great work quality! Super knowledgeable of expected pricing with updates as needed! Shuttle services! VW North is the only place I take my VW! Hang out in their awesome cozy lounge area with comfy leather couches, desk area, tv, coffee machine, plenty of bottled water- Ice Cold while your vehicle is being treated by the best service techs with a free car wash! Almost like taking a mini vaca! lol
