Great experience. the whole team was there to make me feel comfortable and my sales representative, Phoenix really was understanding and willing to go out of his way to make it easy. i appreciate the atmosphere there and doesn't seem awkward or welrd in any way.

Orlando VW North performed exceptionally well with this service. Mark was the Service Advisor, and he kept me informed that included finding a nail in the right rear tire. So fixing that could have avoided a flat tire in the near future. The work was done quickly while I waited, which is a real plus for me. The VW Arteon service work for 30K miles earns a top rating.
