I wasn’t able to find the car I wanted in my state, so I went on an internet search. Found the car at Orlandovwnorth. Ed Hanzaz immediately went out to make sure the car was physically present, gave me the best price, Jacob Hanin prepared all of the paperwork, including out of state registration, had me in and out in 30 minutes. Best car buying experience to date, I will highly recommend and definitely buy another car from this team.

After totaling my car I was convinced I had to buy another VW. Besides the outstanding safety features that allowed me to walk away from the 9 car pileup, my Tiguan was comfortable, sporty, and a beautiful Atlantic Blue! The folks at VW North whom I bought my first two Tiguans thru came thru for me again! Chris my totally awesome hero found me just the right car, and Jacob in finance kept my payment where I could afford it! These guys went so far above and beyond I cannot thank them enough!!

Shabby facilities and when it rains the parking lot is a moat - the place looks like a used car lot located outside the city limits and kept up to 3rd World standards; shame on you VW! When buying new as I did, watch out for the unnecessary inclusion of a "MPP VSC service contract" at $900 that's virtually useless as it expires inside 24 months and therefore lives inside the bumper-to-bumper factory warranty which already covers for most of the items listed on the contract.
