The consultant was very knowable and I explained my problem. He looked at it and diagnosed what he felt and needed to be looked at was very happy with the fast response and the service that was rendered to me.
Always a pleasant experience. I feel they know a great deal about my car and have been equitable.

My salesperson (Brett Gold) was very helpful and not pushy. He was also was very knowledgeable about the GTI that I purchased. We called him numerous times for instructions that we had forgotten and he was very patient and helpful. We actually called him on a holiday and he responded. Great salesperson!!!! Great service. Not very personable. Sent a text to me regarding possible issues wherein the past the service tech spoke to you personally. It took a week to get a phone call back from the service tech to discuss the issues with my vehicle.
Had to return after 4 wks because oil was down a full quart ???? No explanation from dealer??
