I was turning in a lease and very unhappy with a situation that had happened but, when I met Jimmie he turned it all around. Jimmie was experienced, professional and patient. He did not force a sale, he listened, which is a lost art in car salesman in most dealerships. My experience was positive and because of that experience I will be back in three years.
