Good customer service I bought a certified VW jetta from this dealership last month. The vehicle was in excellent condition with brand new tires. But still the car was rightly priced (with some room for bargains though). Also these guys did not try to sell me those external warranty/gap insurance stuffs. They only asked if I want an extra protection. I have always seen other dealers insisting me on buying those extra cost items and they fill their pockets. But they charge $799 dealer fee which I feel too much.

Great experience! Our sales Associate, Brett Gold, made the entire process easy! He first made us feel welcomed, wanted and valued as a potential customer. He addressed our questions professionally with a personal touch. We were very comfortable with the offer he worked for us, and we purchased. Brett has followed up to ask if we had questions and invited us back to go over features of the vehicle. We feel very good about the transaction as a whole.
Quick and easy! I had my mind set on a specific used Jetta. I reached out to the dealership at night and got a quick response by Brett Gold. We set up a time for me to come the next day to look at the vehicle. He could tell that I had my mind set and wanted to go through the process quickly. Great Experience! This dealership had the 2017 Passat R-line we were hunting at a very competitive price with minimal miles. Vega in sales held the car and readied it for a test drive prior to our arrival. They processed loan very professionally and kept our payments right where we needed to buy.
