Melinda, CMA and Jessica, RN at OSF Prompt Care Rt 91 DENIED ME SERVICE because I didn't have a form of id on me. They then asked me to verify my info and I will be able to be seen. I verified my name, dob, address and last four of my SSN. And they still denied me! They said they contacted the manager, Jessica who again denied for me to be seen. I worked registration at OSF for a few years, never did we ever deny a patient service because they did not have an id. Their mission is: In the spirit of Christ and the example ... read more

I feel bad for the staff, the nurses, and doctors. The hospital has been sliding in the care of patients for years in opnion. The ER has gotten to be a place you do not want to ... read more

Its absolutely impossible to talk to someone! You have to go through their call service! Then maybe someone will get back to you? Even though they sent a letter for you to call them! Absolutely Ridiculous!

I was taken to osf by ambulance from a prompt care because I couldn't breathe. They put me in what they called isolation but all the people (several) coming and going didn't seem to do anything different than when you are in a regular room. When the Dr found out I was not vaccinated he did nothing but shame me. Was VERY rude and said some pretty unprofessional things. Not helpful at all. He told me they wouldn't keep me and I needed to find a ride home. Did absolutely nothing for my breathing issues or cough. He stuck ... read more

Worst possible experience possible. Told a loved one to lay in their own feces. What they are doing is criminal.
