We almost froze to death in the less than clean "waiting room" while my niece was being stubborn inside my sister -in-law. However, a nurse gave me blankets.
I have mixed feeling about this hospital, the staff, and the care in which I am receiving... I have been in the ER since 1125am yesterday morning (4/19).... and now it is 237pm (4/20) and I'm still here... Told I was being admitted last night and was going to be transfer to a unit, well I was only moved to another ER Room because no beds are available I'm told...
Waited 6 hours in the ER waiting room for nothing. Got rushed out of the room by the maintenance crew and nurses. Won't be coming back.
My visit was ok but the valet sucked don't use it! They stole something out of my care. Don't know if I will get it back.
I sat in the E R waiting room for 9 HOURS waiting to be seen. Then when we finally did see a Dr they didn't treat the reason we came in for.
I was having a stroke and OSF sent me home. The neurologist refused to see me at 1 am saying I had to wait until business hours!! Horrible!!!
