It was little crowded. Order and check was late. Food was not special but good and Slightly salty. There were 3 small insects around our table and my wife feel stress on it. Totally, not bad but not special.
Great food, awesome service! We had the best apps and the pasta is our of this world.

We have dined at Panevino for 5 years & it has been consistently excellent. This time my daughter had the penne with boar sausage (her favorite) and it was incredibly good. I had the osso bucco and it was very good but lacked in seasoning, hence the 4 star rating instead of the usual 5. Service was great. One of the best Italian restaurants in the Gaslamp.
Had an amazing dinner for our 20th anniversary, the service and food were so great, I would definitely go back again. This place is a must if you are in San Diego.
Took family of four; 2 older teens. Great pasta! Nice outdoor dining.
My girls Pasta was way over cooked, The bottle of wine that we ordered ( 2015 Daou,) was brought to us as a 2016 Daou, when I asked about it the waiter laughed it off like it was no big deal. My short rib gnocchi was very fatty.

My husband and I visited this restaurant during our anniversary getaway. I am vegan and was looking for an Italian restaurant that would accommodate my requests. I spoke to the hostess, Savannah, and she was wonderful in ensuring me they would be able to accommodate my lifestyle choice.
