We went for brunch. The benedict is great. Good prices for the area as well.
If you like Italian food this is a venue with good quality food, decently priced and a decent wine list. You won't regret it if you go.
Our food came out before we got our bottle of wine. They rush you, I don't call it dining I call it get in there and eat fast and leave quickly that's how they treat you. And the food was good not great but good.
We love this restaurant in San Diego’s Gaslamp. The food is delicious, home made and the staff is outstanding. Super friendly. Giuseppe is a star!!! He treats my husband with a swallowing problem requiring special prep like family. ;-)
This restaurant was just OK. The food was a little bland and wasn't particularly special. The service was pretty good, although it was more European style - we had to waive someone down to get the check; our water was not refilled during dinner, even when empty; and at least one item was incorrect. Next time I will look for something in Little Italy instead.
I had the swordfish, which is hard to make authentic Italian but the vegetables felt Italian and made the meal. Two co-workers ordered lasagna which looked much better. It comes served in its own pan and neither of them could finish. We sat outside and it was pleasant. While my meal wasn’t amazing, I did want to go back for the lasagna.
For the price I was expecting more quality. Even though, I mentioned to them I was celebrating my mother's 70 they just ignored it.
Food was so good the night before, i went back. Another delicious and authentic Italian dinner Buratta salad with prosciutto olives and arugula was work of kitchen magic
Good was amazing fresh, service was prompt. Wine was delicious. The recommended gelato and that was great as well.
