Just wanted to say a big thank you to Henry , we were so worried this morning after a tough night with our dog Mason . Thank you Henry for keeping me updated throughout the day . From the moment we walked in this morning we felt we were around people who cared.. Mason is staying overnight we feel happy knowing he is being well cared for and is obtaining quality care. On Easter Saturday our beloved Golden Retriever who we have had for fifteen and a half years health declined rapidly and we had to make the heart breaking decision to say goodbye to her. The staff were amazing. Their caring nature and compassion shown to our beautiful girl and our family was amazing. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Recently our baby foster goat was suffering from tick paralysis. Your lovely vet Henry met us after hours for emergency treatment & was so compassionate & knowledgeable in treating him that our little guy recovered really well & two weeks later is absolutely thriving. It was so difficult to find an after hours vet to see a large animal & we're so glad to know Henry is available if any of our other goats ever need him.
