We made the tough decision last night to let go our beloved husky go to sleep forever. Henry was amazing, he talked us through the process and consoled us with gentle words of compassion the whole time. We appreciate that beyond words. Thank you for caring for our boy!
Sadly we had to make the choice recently to put our forever friend to rest. He declined very quickly and we couldn't get in anywhere fast. Ourimbah vets made room for us at short notice and we couldnt have made a better choice. Ive been through a few in home euthanasias and nothing even came close to the level of absolute genuine love and care that came from Tom and his beautiful assistant nurse, for both ourselves and our pet. I would like to thank the wonderful women who supported me through the process of saying good bye to my beloved cat. We had never been to the surgery before but they fitted us in on a Sunday when our local vet was closed. They were so kind, compassionate and reassuring. They gave Gussy the peaceful and calm passing we wanted for him, i will forever be grateful.
Excellent staff and vets at this hospital. Dr Henry and Nurse Katie are so wonderful and caring.
Thank you Tom and staff for fitting us in at the last minute to rescue a very uncomfortable Ki'ra. A very happy puppy today.

We changed to your practice after Tom came out to us on a Sunday to put our beautiful goldie Ruby to rest. He was absolutely lovely and so caring. We have since got a beautiful pup called Sophie and it is a pleasure to visit your practice with her. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The best move we ever made for our furbabies!!!!
Would definitely recommend. My Pete was looked after so well and also received a phone call from the vet to check up on him a week later. Thank you :-)
