This apartment community is great. I believe that is a great apartment complex with a great location. Being originally from New York, I needed a complex that was surrounded by stores and local shops that enhanced my accustomed lifestyle. The management is great and is always willing to help. The assistant property manager is the best and she has always been helpful. My only problem is that heat and A/C unit keeps going out. 3 to 5 times in a single month. Miserable and Unsafe place to live This place has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. For months, I’ve dealt with unsanitary and disgusting pet waste coming from the upstairs neighbors. Despite multiple complaints, photos, videos, and logs, the apartment management has done NOTHING effective to fix the issue. They promised to send cleaning staff – no one ever showed up. Reach Out to Management Every reply is the same. They don’t answer the phone in the office nor do they return calls. The seemingly promise to address the concerns are a joke. In the previous reviews from years ago they reply the same. The owners are well aware of the many issues. Reaching out to them is a joke. Nothing changes if nothing changes

Stay Away The appliances are not stainless steel Very small counter space. Broken appliances in the breezeway. No pool. Not kid friendly. No maintenance men. Gun fire. Thin walls Office does answer the phone. Not open on Saturday.
