Reach Out to Management Every reply is the same. They don’t answer the phone in the office nor do they return calls. The seemingly promise to address the concerns are a joke. In the previous reviews from years ago they reply the same. The owners are well aware of the many issues. Reaching out to them is a joke. Nothing changes if nothing changes

Stay Away The appliances are not stainless steel Very small counter space. Broken appliances in the breezeway. No pool. Not kid friendly. No maintenance men. Gun fire. Thin walls Office does answer the phone. Not open on Saturday.

Verified Renter Very poor staff, apartment was in poor condition. Still have not gotten any of my complaints resolved. Would not recommend.

Verified Renter My first three weeks here was a disaster and placed me under a ton of stress. There's a really big roach issue in my apartment. I have had to throw my furniture away due to infestation over the last three weeks. Management should really compensate me for my pain and suffering. I did not get to choose my apartment and this is what was given to me. I'm so disappointed in the roach and spider situation. And maintenance takes too long to come in and address issues for new move in priority.
