Verified Renter Im sorry but I would never recommend these apartments to anyone,, dont get me wrong they have the potential for greatness but management has got be more proactive with tenants and they also need to work on their etiquette as it pertains to customer service
Verified Renter Maintenance of the property is horrible.
Verified Renter This was in my mind a great place to live until I moved here
An Eyesore Friends and I came to check the place out to potentially stay there, only to find garbage and trashbags all over the parking lot and a GREEN pool. Not something I'd wanna see, let alone live around.
Terrible If you dont mind gun fire or if you have kids that you dont allow to play in the house this place is perfect. Ive been here for awhile and the people who stay below me hate the fact that i have kids. The office staff is terrible its NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE
Verified Renter Overall I love the community never had any problems with anyone but I would like it if we renew something be included!!
Verified Renter I absolutely hate it here! It needs to be remodeled and put under new management.
Verified Renter There's a lot that needs to be done here at Overlook At Brook Run Apartments homes within management and the community.
Verified Renter Overlook would be a nice community if they had cameras or security to keep us safe.
