Although the mortgage process during Covid-19 to purchase a Condo was somewhat exhausting, Rene and Edie ensured we covered every aspect of the loan up front to avoid later underwriting questions. The overall experience was positive and are now enjoying our condo!

Cris was incredible to work with and went over and beyond to help us secure the best deal possible. She was upfront with everything and kept us informed. Definitely left a lasting impression and I doubt there are many better lenders than her.
It is like all who use Kim Evers day the same! Prompt, professional, personable, honest and has the client’s best interests. Initially I tried to use a larger firm as I was a current banking customer with Bank of America and BB&T. It was nearly impossible to get anything done or, even get through to a live person. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. After being jerked around by someone else for over a month I called Nancy. She got things rolling right away with a pre approval. She always kept me up to speed on how everything was going and would also check in just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I highly recommend going through Nancy for a mortgage, if/when I do buy another house i will definitely be calling her!
