This was my first house purchase. George & his crew were very courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. My only drawback & why I didn't give a 5 star rating is that my rate was higher than the going rate. I say this solely based off having an excellent credit score yet it it didn't work to my favor. All in all a good experience.

My bf and I used Bill to get our loan. As new home buyers we really weren’t sure on how the whole process worked or if we could even afford the house that we wanted. Bill helped us do everything we possible could to get our loan and IT WORKED! He was always on top of things and was ALWAYS available for our numerous questions. I would definitely recommend Bill and use him again for another purchase!
Great company!! Every question I had they were there to clarify and make sense of everything. If I ever try to buy another house I will definitely be calling OVM again.
